"J e me souviens" is Québec's motto, as it appears, among other places, on the province's license plates. it means, of course: "I remember".  But what exactly is that Québecers are supposed to remember? There are different explanations, apparently, but when you apply it to Québec visitors, it becomes pretty straightforward: Québec is an unforgettable place, and even from the  pictures that appear in this page, it shouldn't be too difficult to understand why
